1. WE ARE NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY
Our first priority is to be an advocate to people who are retired or getting ready to retire.

We are an Independent Marketing & Sales Organization focused on education, providing information, and offering guidance around the topics of insurance, retirement, and financial planning.
3. PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT IMPORTANT STATE PROGRAMS
We inform our clients around any important state programs that may benefit them. These programs don't cost money.
These important state programs are not insurance and do not affect your current insurance plans.
4. PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT IMPORTANT GOVERNMENT CHANGES
We inform our clients around any government changes that may affect their current planning.
5. TRAINED - STATE LICENSED PROFESSIONALS
If you are running into any issues or problems with your current insurance or financial planning, we are state licensed insurance and financial professionals that can help solve those issues when needed.

a. **IMPORTANT NOTE:** Because we work directly with the many insurance carriers and financial companies, currently around 220 companies, we have great working knowledge of the issues and problems our clients face when dealing with these companies and their policy, account, or claim issues. With this knowledge we can provide better information and more accurate recommendations to our clients.
​ b. Non-profit, Senior resource organizations like Senior Centers, Missouri Claim, Agency on Aging are great resources for retirees, however they generally do not work directly with the carriers or financial institutions therefore product recommendations from these agencies may lack understanding.
6. WE ADVOCATE (FIGHT) FOR OUR CLIENTS
There are a lot of insurance and financial companies out there soliciting their business. Some companies are better than others.

a. If our clients have any problems that need to be fixed, based on what our clients tell us that they need and want, our job is to match them with the best companies based on that companies customer service, products, and pricing. We are not loyal to any 1 company.
b. We then continue to serve as the advocates between our clients and those companies, resolving any issues our clients may face with those companies' policies or accounts.
7. ONGOING RESOURCE TO THE COMMUNITY
We are an important, ongoing, local resource for people to get their questions answered and addressed.
Most people are not looking to immediately change their current planning. They’re gathering information to understand their options, make sure they are not missing out on any benefits, or they want to be aware of any changes that might be affecting them without the pressures of being sold.
